RETURN POLICY

IN-STORE RETURNS

All prescription eyewear orders are custom and cannot be canceled or refunded once placed with a staff member.
If you are not completely satisfied with your non-prescription purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for store credit or an exchange within 7 days of the purchase.
There are no refunds on handmade frames or lens orders.

ONLINE RETURNS

If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a refund, store credit, or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our online return policy.

All online returns must be postmarked within 15 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original accessories, tags and labels attached. All returns are subject to restocking fees upon the inspection of the returned item.

To return an item, place the item securely in its original packaging and proof of purchase, and mail your return to the following address:

ONLINE REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least 5 business days from the receipt of your item to process your return.
